Enterprise Software Sales Director

Trustfull is seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Senior Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our market presence in France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients, and leading strategic initiatives to enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the enterprise market across France.
- Independently source new opportunities and reach out to target customers.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to effectively communicate value propositions and drive lead generation efforts.
- Monitor market trends and competition to adjust strategies as necessary.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the Country Manager in France.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, specifically in the enterprise software/SaaS sector.
- Success in selling to large enterprises, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of software sales cycles and enterprise customer dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to assess business opportunities.
- Proficient usage of CRM, sales automation, and other sales-related tools.
- Flexibility to travel (domestically and internationally).
- Fluent in French and English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
