The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled P&C Technology Manager to join our team in Northern Europe. As a key member of our global P&C Technology team, you will be responsible for the delivery of our P&C Technology initiatives, driving change adoption, and collaborating with stakeholders to support operational execution.
Main Accountabilities
- Manage a team of P&C Technology generalists in Northern Europe, ensuring the successful adoption of global P&C Technology products.
- Apply systematic change management approaches to maximize adoption and minimize business disruptions.
- Collaborate closely with P&C Technology Product Owners to deliver best-in-class support services to end-users.
- Ensure awareness of the local P&C Technology landscape and act as the main point of contact for any potential changes, improvements, or issues.
- Drive continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, organization efficiency, and cost reduction.
Key Interactions
Internally: P&C Technology Generalists, Global P&C Technology Product Owners, PCLT, P&C Community, Communication, IDS & Data Office, GBS HRSD, and Sourcing & Procurement.
Externally: external service providers, peers from other companies, and communities of experts.
Requirements & Experiential Learning
- Balance of P&C Technology technical knowledge and business acumen.
- Experience with working in a P&C Technology landscape with Oracle & Service Now, with SAP experience a plus.
- Positive employee experience mindset.
- Experience in management of a team.
- Proactive, self-starter with good project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with Scrum methodology.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in HR Technologies, preferably in a multinational company.
