Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Linde, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and managing customer relationships in a designated region. Your key objectives will include:

  • Identifying customer needs and developing proposals in alignment with product management and production.
  • Growing the value of assigned customer portfolios by promoting new offerings and services.
  • Responding to customer queries on quality, delivery, and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Managing account receivables with support from finance and maintaining regular communication with customers.
  • Updating monthly sales forecasts and participating in the development of the annual sales plan.
  • Implementing pricing directives and long-term agreements to improve business quality.
  • Monitoring competition and market trends to inform sales strategies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in business, engineering, or a technical discipline.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in a related industrial environment, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics market.
  • Results-oriented with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a remote team and travel up to 30%.
