Automotive Business Development Manager

At A2MAC1, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the automotive industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
- Provide benchmarking intelligence, services, and content to assigned OEMs and suppliers.
- Anticipate customer needs, feedback, and objections, and shape customer value perceptions.
- Conduct complex negotiations and build relationships with key decision-makers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Automobile Industry or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in sales or customer services in the automotive industry.
- Fluent English written and oral communication skills.
- Understanding and knowledge of technologies related to A2MAC1's automobile products.
