GCC and Government Sales Director

As a Sales Director for the Government and Corporate Market, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing market share in the GCC region. Your main duties will include:
Main Responsibilities- Market Analysis: Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads and opportunities.
- Sales Strategy: Implement sales action plans related to market areas, focusing on developing customer accounts and driving business growth.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, negotiate room rates and packages, and ensure timely communication of client requirements.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Produce accurate and timely reports, including the reporting of appointments, calls made, and business leads, to meet the needs of the Director of Sales.
Key Performance Indicators
- Drive business growth and increase market share in the GCC region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Ensure timely communication of client requirements and accurate reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the GCC market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
