Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

This role reports to the Managing Director of Exact Sciences France and is responsible for leading all sales-related activities in the country. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction for the sales team, coordinate sales efforts to meet quarterly and annual targets, and work closely with the Marketing Manager to stay abreast of market changes.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of oncology-related sales management or marketing experience, preferably with international pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or lab corporations. They will be able to lead personnel with direct and indirect reporting lines, demonstrate leadership in working with cross-functional departments, and have a proven track record of driving performance and delivering results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A post-secondary degree and relevant business experience
  • 5+ years of oncology-related sales management or marketing experience
  • Proven experience leading personnel with direct and indirect reporting lines
  • Leadership skills in working with cross-functional departments
  • Proficient PC and Microsoft Office skills
