About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Oncology Sales Representative to join our team in France. As a Regional Oncology Liaison, you will be responsible for maximizing the potential of our product in key accounts within your defined region.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of sales experience in promoting premium products, particularly in medical oncology and diagnostics. You will engage with physicians and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to further develop sales in existing and new accounts, providing a high-level of customer service and building comprehensive understanding of customer needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Delivering selling messages and providing exceptional customer service to establish ourselves as a best-in-class assay provider
- Maximizing the potential of our product in key accounts while staying within budget
- Engaging with physicians and KOLs to develop sales at existing and new accounts
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to drive business growth
- Solving challenging problems in a dynamic environment and attending regular training on our product(s)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science related to the role
- 5+ years of sales experience in promoting premium products
- Strong record of success promoting complex products in medical oncology and/or diagnostics
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and decision makers across the National Health System
- Excellent knowledge of KOLs in the Region and large territory and key account management skills
- Clean French Driver's license and fluency in French
