Administrative Support:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our academic programs. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to academic staff, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist academic staff with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Assist with the coordination of academic programs, including preparation for audits, program committees, assessment activities, and survey compilation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Administration, Humanities) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a higher education setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with database management systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
