Sales Director

As a Sales Manager at Linde, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and managing customer relationships in a designated region. Your key objectives will include identifying customer needs, developing proposals, and growing the value of assigned customer portfolios.
Key Responsibilities- Generate planned sales revenue and manage allocated customers in an assigned region
- Identify customer needs and develop proposals with alignment from product management and production
- Grow the value of assigned customer portfolios by promoting new offerings and services
- Respond to customer queries on quality, delivery, and invoices in a timely manner
- Manage account receivables with support from finance and maintain regular communication with customers
- Update monthly sales forecasts and participate in the development of the annual sales plan
- Implement global sales strategies while maintaining market share in the assigned geography
- University degree in business, engineering, or a technical discipline (Major in material sciences preferred)
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a related industrial environment (semiconductor or electronics market)
- Results-oriented with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Fluent English language skills (Any other European language would be considered a plus)
- Ability to collaborate with a remote team and travel 30%
