Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our fast-paced and growing division. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving consistent profitable growth by achieving sales objectives within designated accounts in your geographical area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue within assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and achieve financial targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel (approx. 50-60%).
  • Fluency in French and English.
