Your role at NTT DATA

This position works under the guidance of more senior professional colleagues. The Business Development Representative assists with tasks relevant to the specific area or function. This position allows the incumbent the opportunity to develop capability in his/her area of study.

Key responsibilities

NTT DATA is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our sales development team. You will be responsible for generating new business pipelines in medium to large-sized companies, working closely with our account teams.

Key objectives: support the commercial development of NTT DATA on the French market.

Your key tasks will be:

  • Build a sales pipeline by identifying qualified opportunities:
  • Establish new business relationships with key contacts within target accounts:
  • Understand the objectives of an organization:
  • Identify new sales opportunities and pass them on to the sales team in the CRM:
  • Collaborate with our Field Sales team to create territory plans:
  • Use our technologies to prioritize, eliminate and manage marketing leads to maintain service level agreements with marketing:
  • Show a strong commercial engagement on the French market:
  • Enrich the lead base in the CRM:
  • Report your activities in the CRM:

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you ideally have:

  • A creative and customer-oriented mindset:
  • Experience in telemarketing, lead generation or cold calling:
  • A general understanding of IT, networks and services:
  • The ability to differentiate yourself from clients:

About you

  • You are looking for a minimum 2-year internship for a Master's degree (Bac+4/5):
  • You are enthusiastic, dynamic and tenacious:
  • You have already had experience in customer relations (of any kind):
  • You have a creative and customer-oriented mindset:
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, good articulation and very good telephone skills:
  • You understand and are able to communicate in English:
