About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Customer Success Manager to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our Global Customer Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth for our largest and most strategic customers in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key account relationships and develop strategic plans to drive customer adoption and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, professional services, and support, to ensure seamless customer delivery and success.
- Develop and execute customized product delivery plans to meet customer security priorities and drive business value.
- Partner with sales teams to identify expansion opportunities and ensure renewals.
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers throughout their journey, focusing on value realization and managing customer escalations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, managing high-touch, high-visibility post-sales engagements.
- Specialization in software product and service delivery to strategic customers, with expertise in cloud security, DevSecOps, network security, or security operations.
- Proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers, including the ability to interact with C-suite teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth.
- Expertise in customer guidance throughout their journey, focusing on value realization, managing customer escalations, and balancing customer expectations.
- Fluent French speaking skills alongside English is required for this role.
