Business Development Manager for Bio-Based Solvents

Job DescriptionWe're seeking a Business Development Manager for our Coatis Sales and Marketing team, focusing on supplying local customers in collaboration with local teams. As a key member of this team, you'll work on developing and managing new business opportunities within the assigned market area, primarily targeting bio-based solvents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement commercial tactical plans to drive business growth
- Gather business information and analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in business development, preferably in the chemical industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
We offer an attractive compensation package, including a base salary of €73,000 - €91,000 per year, depending on your skills and experience. You'll also enjoy a competitive total rewards package, featuring a bonus and/or other incentives. Our benefits include:
