Contexte

Fort de sa croissance sur le marché grand public, Ubigi a lancé son offre : Ubigi for Business dédiée aux entreprises. Après un lancement sur le marché français uniquement, l'équipe Ubigi prépare officiellement un lancement international à partir de septembre 2024.

Mission

Vous rejoindrez l'équipe Ubigi for Business comme stagiaire Chargé(e) de Marketing opérationnel B2B. Votre mission sera de :

  • Gestion de partenariats et d'événements : contribuer à la gestion et au développement de partenariats stratégiques, ainsi qu'à l'organisation d'événements (webinaires, salons professionnels, etc.) pour accroître la notoriété de la marque.
  • Amélioration continue du site Web et SEO : participer à l'optimisation continue du site web en termes de contenu et de référencement (SEO)
  • Création des contenus (articles, FAQ...) pour toutes les nouveautés des services Ubigi (forfaits, destinations, fonctionnalités...) et aussi des landing pages attrayantes et optimisées.
  • Préparation de supports de communication : concevoir et produire des supports de communication variés (brochures, présentations, newsletters, vidéos, etc.) pour promouvoir Ubigi for Business auprès de nos clients et partenaires.
  • Campagnes emailing : concevoir, déployer et analyser des campagnes emailing ciblées
  • Analyse de marché et veille concurrentielle : réaliser des études de marché et une veille concurrentielle pour identifier les tendances et opportunités, et adapter notre stratégie marketing en conséquence.
  • Reporting et analyse de performance : suivre et analyser les performances des actions marketing mises en place et proposer des recommandations pour optimiser nos stratégies.

Votre profil

Vous êtes étudiant(e) en école de commerce, marketing ou communication (niveau Bac+4/5). Vous avez des excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et de communication en français et en anglais. Vous avez également une aisance avec la création de contenus graphiques, vidéos et images pour soutenir les campagnes marketing et la communication visuelle de la marque. Vous maîtrisez les outils de bureautique (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). La connaissance des outils de gestion des réseaux sociaux et de SEO est un plus. Vous avez la capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément. Vous êtes dynamique, autonome et force de proposition.
