We have an exciting opportunity for a Front Desk Manager to join our team at Accor


About the Role:



  • Lead the front desk operations and ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and engineering teams to deliver high-quality service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Train and develop a diverse team of employees to provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to Accor's policies and procedures

Key Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate purchasing and inventory management for front office departments
  • Plan and execute move-in and move-out activities with relevant teams
  • Conduct interviews and prepare job descriptions for departmental roles
  • Monitor departmental expenses and ensure adherence to budget and forecasts
  • Review and maintain accurate records of departmental work schedules and payroll
  • Lead daily briefings and employee meetings to foster a winning work environment
  • Develop and implement training plans to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Ensure compliance with Accor's policies and procedures, including fire, hygiene, health, and safety regulations

Requirements:



  • Previous senior leadership experience in front office operations
  • University degree in a related discipline
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and accounting principles
