**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Accor. As a Sales Director for Global Hospitality, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our sales efforts in the international leisure market.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Monitor and oversee the sales team, ensuring that sales action plans are implemented and sales targets are met.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Manage top-producing accounts and ensure that client visitations and entertainment targets are met.
  • Update relevant systems with client information, production, and sales activities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Handle daily sales operations and ensure that all customer requirements are determined and met.
  • Evaluate markets and their needs, comparing them with existing products and services.
  • Recommend sales action plans or procedure revisions to increase production of various market segments.
  • Assist in the production of annual sales plans, hotel budgets, and departmental performance plans.
  • Advise on sales progress and booking trends in respective market segments.
  • Responsibility for the leisure industry segments.
  • Attend overseas sales trips and road shows as required.
  • Establish measurable quality objectives and participate in their review.
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline to colleagues to ensure they meet customer and hotel needs.
  • Determine necessary competence for colleagues and provide relevant training or actions.
  • Monitor leisure incentive programs and ensure all departments are briefed and aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Achieve and exceed budgeted room nights and revenue goals annually.
  • Utilize the marketing plan to uncover new and potential business.
  • Ensure accuracy for forecasting of revenues with most updated information.
  • Assist in obtaining customer information and closing business as requested.
  • Participate in daily/weekly revenue meetings, sales strategy meetings, and pre-convention meetings.
