Job Title: Director of Sales for International Leisure Sales

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding existing relationships through strategic sales efforts and promotional activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the international leisure segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the international leisure market.
