Business Development Manager

NFN is a dynamic company that offers Hosted IP telephony solutions to its clients. As the Partner Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales success and ensuring partner and customer satisfaction.
As the key liaison between Sales, Technical Consulting, and Marketing, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our partners, from recruitment and training to ongoing collaboration and technical assistance.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Sales, Technical, or Engineering with experience in project management and a degree in business connected to IT or telecommunications. You must also possess professional English skills and knowledge of UCaaS, IP and VoIP connectivity, SIP Trunking, Hosted IP telephony solutions, and CloudPBX solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Focus: Recruiting new partners, nurturing existing ones, and assisting in generating quotes
- Technical Support: Providing expertise on all solutions provided by NFON, technical support to partners, and partially managing Level 1 technical support
- Project Management: Collaborating with our Field Marketing team to implement projects such as creating newsletters, conducting webinars, and managing marketing funds and leads
