We are seeking an experienced Event Sales Executive to join our team at Sixteen Antlers, our iconic rooftop city bar. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for proactively securing event bookings and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and capitalize on event sales opportunities to surpass revenue targets for Sixteen Antlers.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry professionals to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the hotel's marketing and operations teams to create compelling collateral and promotional materials.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide clients with detailed information on Sixteen Antlers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze events performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
About You
  • Experience in the Hospitality service industry.
  • Proven track record in sales, within a similar type of establishment.
  • Drive to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
