About the Role

DataDome is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our Account Management Team, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute account plans to ensure customer objectives are met and exceeded.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  3. Drive customer adoption and retention through effective communication and issue resolution.
  4. Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue growth.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a business-oriented and client-facing role, such as Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Proven track record of handling complex negotiations and achieving gross retention rates.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment and with technical/corporate IT bases.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
