We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partner Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and enhancing the capabilities of our partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Coaching: Serve as a trusted advisor and executive coach for partner organizations, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with partner organizations to align their strategies with our business goals, ensuring a seamless and mutually beneficial partnership.
  • Campaign Generation: Assist in the development and execution of campaigns that drive new business development and revenue growth.
  • Partner Capability Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of partner capabilities and develop tailored enablement plans to help them overcome challenges and achieve success.
  • Channel Capacity Management: Oversee the management of partner channel capacity programs, ensuring that our partners have the necessary resources and support to drive growth and revenue.
  • Integration and Training: Lead the integration process and provide training to new partners, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and setting them up for success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in partner sales or a related role, with a strong track record of driving growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partner organizations.
