Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Vertriebsleiter, der unsere Kundenbetreuung auf ein neues Level heben möchte. Als Key Account Manager wirst du für die persönliche Betreuung und Pflege der Beziehung zu wichtigen Kunden verantwortlich sein.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Selfständige Durchführung aller Vertriebsprozesse, die den Verkauf betreffen (wie Produkt- und Lösungspräsentationen, Vertragsverhandlungen und -gestaltungen usw.)
  • Verantwortlich für die persönliche Betreuung und Pflege der Beziehung zu wichtigen Kunden
  • Entwicklung von strategischen Plänen zur Steigerung der Umsätze und zur Maximierung der Kundenbindung
  • Funktion als Bindeglied zwischen den Kunden und den internen Teams wie Vertrieb, Marketing, Produktentwicklung usw., um sicherzustellen, dass die Kundenbedürfnisse erfüllt werden
  • Identifizierung und Entwicklung von neuen Geschäftsmöglichkeiten sowie Wachstumschancen bei den bestehenden Schlüsselkunden
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Verkaufsverhandlungen zu führen, Verträge auszuhandeln und Win-Win-Situationen für das Unternehmen und den Kunden zu schaffen
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Pflege von langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen, einschließlich der Fähigkeit, Kundenbedürfnisse zu verstehen und angemessen darauf zu reagieren
  • Deine Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch sind auf Muttersprachlerniveau und in Englisch mindestens C1, um effektiv mit Kunden, internen Teams und anderen Stakeholdern zu interagieren
  • Verständnis für finanzielle Kennzahlen und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Budgets und Umsatzzielen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute bis sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Tools (Salesforce von Vorteil) sowie Kenntnisse im Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
