  • Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet growth targets in your designated region.
  • Drive significant sales and profitability outcomes.
  • Lead the sales team by recruiting, training, and nurturing talent.
  • Oversee sales operations, assess performance metrics, and ensure the attainment of both individual and team goals.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and strategic initiatives to upper management.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments including technical, marketing, and finance.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree (from a business or engineering school or equivalent) and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales Management. Proficiency in English and a solid understanding of financing techniques are crucial.

Position Details:

Location: Paris-IDF (with frequent travel required)
Compensation: 75-85k fixed salary plus attractive variable compensation and a company vehicle.
