Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities across Large Financial Banking Enterprise segments in France.
  • Manage a portfolio of 2 Large Enterprise Complex Accounts and 2 Other Enterprise Accounts.
  • Engage with prospects to develop the footprint on the market.
  • Deliver on visionary license, support, and service revenue quotas, consistently reaching and exceeding targets.
  • Collaborate closely with our Channel Manager and Partners for the region, working in harmony with our partners and distributors.
  • Strategically work on account planning and opportunity management.
  • Report on pipeline and forecasts, accurately and successfully, on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Negotiate pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises, selling value and engaging with our different Splunk business areas.
  • Utilize sales engineering and professional services teams, in-house and partner resources, to position Splunk's offering in the market.
  • Apply our streamlined sales methodology and processes optimally, supporting success and overachievement.
  • Represent Splunk as a strong ambassador, through internal and external interactions.
Requirements:
  • Substantial Enterprise Software selling experience in a B2B environment within FSI & Banking.
  • Ability to deal with complex customer Enterprise organisations.
  • Currently managing a small number of Enterprise Accounts.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a win-win approach.
  • Strong hunting mentality, with the ability to confidently close new business.
  • Executive presence and polish, comfortable working at the C-Suite level.
  • Understanding of forecasting commitments and forecasting accuracy.
  • Outstanding time management, interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience navigating CRM systems (SalesForce) extensively.
  • Consistent track record of sales success and knowledge of prospects and customers in the French territory.
  • Proficient French and English language skills.
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; MBA would be a plus.
