About the Role:
At LinkedIn, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Account Director to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth within the Enterprise sector. As a trusted adviser, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional value to our customers through our Hiring & Learning solutions.
- Plan and Prioritize: Utilize data-driven insights to identify high-potential accounts, map stakeholders, and develop strategic account plans that address economic and industry pressures.
- Apply Solution Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the LinkedIn Talent Suite, including Talent Intelligence, Recruiting, Learning, and Engagement SaaS products and features.
- Multithread Accounts: Foster meaningful relationships with multiple stakeholders across customer organizations, establishing executive-level connections in CAC40 accounts.
- Drive Sales: Secure renewals by mitigating churn and growing current customer product baselines, while driving net new revenue streams through cross-selling products within your portfolio.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of applicable sales experience
- Ability to establish executive-level relationships in CAC40 accounts
- Experience in HR consulting or HR strategy
- Fluent in English and French
