Job description
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be:
- Friendly and approachable, establishing a warm rapport with our guests.
- Supportive and observant, dedicated to finding the best solutions for our clientele.
- Multilingual, proficient in at least two languages, and comfortable interacting with international visitors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests, providing information, and personalizing customer interactions.
- Overseeing arrivals and departures (check-in and check-out), managing the telephone switchboard, ensuring information is readily available to guests, collecting invoices, and overseeing deferred operations.
- Acquainted with the resort's layout and collaborating effectively with various departments (room staff, laundry, catering, etc.).
- Promoting internal sales and ensuring accurate invoicing for stays or local services.
- Upholding service quality, adhering to Club Med's health and safety standards, and maintaining the resort's facilities.
