Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the energy transition of our business unit in France, identifying and capitalizing on new market trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive demand and growth, working closely with internal sales teams and global key account managers.
  • Stay up-to-date with market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer needs, providing regular market intelligence updates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Promote our comprehensive Transformers portfolio in France, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
  • Develop and implement the country's 2030 strategy plan, aligning with global business objectives.
  • Lead market and budget-related exercises, including MIMO and GTS, to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Drive growth initiatives across product lines, segments, and channels, identifying new opportunities and optimizing sales performance.
  • Support the collection of success stories and customer testimonials, highlighting our company's achievements and expertise.
  • Identify and pursue pilot opportunities for new products, ensuring timely market entry and competitive advantage.
  • Participate in country marketing events, showcasing our company's expertise and thought leadership.

    Your Background:

    • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in sales, management, and engineering (ideally in the energy sector).
    • Excellent knowledge of the French market, with a deep understanding of local customer needs and preferences.
    • Fluency in French and English is mandatory, with a willingness to travel regularly to engage with customers and stakeholders.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence, and lead cross-functional teams.
    • Required skills include negotiation, teamwork, influencing leadership, and proactivity.
