About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Ulike Global. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the beauty industry.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts.

2. Collaborate with the sales team to understand the business needs and objectives of key clients and work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products/services.

3. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

4. Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Profile:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree or higher.

2. Solid experience of 5 to 7 years in the SDA, retail, or beauty industries.

3. Top connected to decision makers at electronic chains/retailers like Media Markt/Saturn, Euronics and Expert Group.

4. Interest in the beauty industry.

5. Proven capability in negotiation and handling figures.

6. Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship-building, listening, and creativity.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Language: French and English are required; Spanish is a plus.
