We offer a cutting-edge software solution for decarbonization and ESG reporting, enabling companies like BMW, Mollie, Sorare, GANNI, Chloé, and N26 to manage their net-zero objectives effectively. Our team is expanding across Europe, and we're seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our France sales team.
About the Role
- Lead sales initiatives tailored to the French market, leveraging your cultural and linguistic expertise to build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with our Sales Development team to identify and nurture leads through inbound and outbound strategies.
- Deliver compelling pitches and presentations to prospective clients, guiding them through the sales process from initial contact to successful deal closure.
- Consistently exceed revenue targets and KPIs, demonstrating your results-oriented approach and commitment to driving business outcomes.
- Employ data-driven insights to inform your sales strategies and optimize performance, leveraging tools like HubSpot.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both French and English, effectively communicating complex concepts and building rapport with clients.
- Thrive in an autonomous work environment, taking ownership of your tasks, prioritizing effectively, and managing your time efficiently to achieve objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven success in sales, preferably within the B2B software sector.
- Fluency in both French and English, enabling seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- You are a sustainability-driven individual keen to support our mission.
- Strong analytical skills, coupled with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Excellent organizational abilities, allowing you to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
