Your Role

As a strategic advisor for global business development, you will support our clients in France and abroad to help them develop their strategic orientations and solve their most complex problems.

You will be responsible for identifying, defining, and prioritizing the challenges our clients face, building and conducting relevant analyses to develop effective solutions, and developing strategic recommendations that drive significant impact.

Due to our global presence and the diversity of our clients' industries and functions, your missions will allow you to intervene on a wide variety of issues. With each new project, you will step out of your comfort zone, expand your expertise, and quickly develop your learning curve and responsibilities.

What You'll Bring

To excel in this role, you will typically have:

  • A master's degree level education or more (business school or engineering, political science, university)
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a related field or hold a PhD
  • Strong analytical skills, active listening, and energy that naturally leads to problem-solving
  • The ability to work effectively in a team, contribute proactively, and provide ideas and recommendations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, as well as strong leadership skills

You will be based in France, with travel expected and varying based on project needs.

Compensation

Our estimated annual salary for this position is €60,000 - €90,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
