At YouSeek, we're seeking a talented Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to drive revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with brands directly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships targeting key decision-makers at all levels (CMO's, Heads of Marketing, Digital Marketing Director etc)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand the unique value proposition of their contextual video AdTech solutions and tailor pitches to align with clients' needs
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, upselling to existing clients, and effectively managing the entire sales cycle
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position their offerings effectively
What We Offer

We offer a competitive base salary of $120,000 and commission structure, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement. Our flexible work arrangements allow you to achieve a better work-life balance.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales roles within the AdTech industry, with ideally a focus on contextual advertising
  • Established network and strong contacts with brands direct but open to seeing strong salespeople from agency sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technological solutions to diverse audiences
  • Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
