Unlock Your Sales Potential

As an Internal Co-Owner of Accounts with FSE/IKAM, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and driving new sales opportunities for TD SYNNEX's largest accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize call potential and outcomes by leveraging various sources to gather customer information.
  • Offer recommendations to enhance the value proposition by collecting customer insights and understanding business requirements.
  • Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, ensuring regular review and update.
  • Maintain a well-organized CRM system with accurate customer information.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or equivalent educational background.
  • Understanding of the sales process.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Prior experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM is a plus.
