Ambitious Demand Generation Leader for Fast-Paced B2B Scale-Up

AgiCap is a dynamic financial management solution provider, revolutionizing the way businesses manage cash flow. As a key member of our Online Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and revenue through demand generation strategies.
About the Role- Develop and implement innovative demand generation strategies to generate leads and revenue.
- Closely collaborate with local sales teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up processes.
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize efforts and maximize engagement and conversion rates within target accounts.
- Owning and managing existing Lead Generation campaigns across paid channels.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality creatives and track their performance.
- 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing and/or customer acquisition in a high-growth B2B company, ideally SaaS or scale-up.
- Strong experience in managing and scaling demand generation campaigns, working closely with sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work and influence decision-makers in a fast-paced matrixed organization.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a strong understanding of data analytics and creative problem-solving.
- Advanced knowledge of user journey analysis is a plus.
- A competitive salary range of €50,000 - €60,000 per year.
