Sales Growth Professional

We are looking for a Sales Growth Professional to join our team at Younited Credit, a leading instant credit provider in Europe. As a Sales Growth Professional, you will play a key role in accelerating our B2B sales and developing our customer base.



About the Role

  • Support the Sales Director in implementing and coordinating sales strategies and objectives
  • Identify and research relevant sales targets to develop our customer base
  • Handle qualification, demos, and closing from inbound and outbound leads
  • Understand prospects' decision processes and key contacts to develop strong relationships with C-level executives and generate interest
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals in terms of new business
  • Work closely with the Product team to improve our offers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills
  • Fluent in French and English, spoken and written
  • Curiosity for SaaS, Tech, Fintech, and continuous learning
  • Talented and ambitious team player, result-oriented
