Customer Experience Manager

At Teads, we strive to deliver exceptional client experiences through our omnichannel platform. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in setting up, optimizing, and stewarding advertising campaigns across various regions. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Branding Customer Experience Team in cultivating and growing client relationships, managing a portfolio of 20-30 client initiatives in both managed service and programmatic capacities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the post-sale process, including campaign set-up, pacing, and delivery, as well as incremental revenue generation and post-campaign analysis.
  • Lead preparation for campaign activation through clear and concise communication efforts with clients.
  • Analyze performance data to highlight key trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client communication post-sale.
  • Develop and execute multiple incremental revenue prospecting plans each quarter.
  • Assist in onboarding customers to our self-service buying platform.
  • Contribute to the development of internal staff through consistent and thorough knowledge sharing exercises.

Requirements

  • A minimum of one to three years of relevant work experience in a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP, or AdTech company.
  • Extensive knowledge of the digital media industry, including branding advertising, programmatic advertising, and third-party verification vendors.
  • Proven track record of exceptional time management, with the ability to plan long-term and big-picture projects while maintaining day-to-day effectiveness.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and continuously improving processes.
  • Ability to meet or exceed ambitious goals in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Comfort engaging with strategic clients, with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Adept at navigating complex systems and processes, including third-party ad servers, verification vendor platforms, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborative approach, with a willingness to understand the interests and perspectives of others.
