About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at Sprinklr. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing large deals within the Abu Dhabi Government.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in the Abu Dhabi Government market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the Abu Dhabi Government.
  • Utilize superior salesmanship to develop sales opportunities and identify the necessary decision-makers and influencers of the prospective deal.
  • Listen, identify, and understand clients' needs and deliver to their expectations.
  • Actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities through active networking and utilizing business referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to provide a sales edge and close business.
  • Seek feedback at every opportunity to continuously improve sales performance.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, with a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi Government market.
  • 6-10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on enterprise software sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
