Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support and Care Professionals to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to individuals with disabilities in a specialized living environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized support and assistance to residents, assisting them with daily activities aligned with their preferences and life goals.
- Collaborate closely with a team of psychologists to ensure the well-being and safety of all residents.
- Maintain a secure and nurturing environment for residents during night shifts.
- Contribute actively to team evaluations and interventions, focusing on individuals who may exhibit challenging behaviors.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that values teamwork and mutual respect.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid AES diploma or Night Watchman/Woman certification.
- Demonstrate experience in supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorders or severe neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team setting.
- Share our commitment to promoting autonomy, participation, and inclusion for all individuals.
