Job Title: Regional Finance Director

As a Regional Finance Director, you will play a critical role in overseeing finance operations, taxes, and reporting functions for our legal entities in France, UK, Netherlands, Germany, Romania, and Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all finance activities in the cluster country, ensuring compliance with statutory and management reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate with our Centre of Excellence (COE) team in the Philippines to ensure seamless accounting operations.
  • Provide key business support to trading, projects, services, and R&D activities.
  • Govern local policies, processes, and procedures to ensure effective financial management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or Chartered Accountancy qualification.
  • Solid experience in a multinational environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and local regulations.
  • Proficiency in English required.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Autonomous, results-oriented, and a team player.
