Drive Commercial Success in the South West Region

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving our commercial goals in the South West region. This involves developing strong relationships with our dealers, improving their performance, and building our brand. You will also be responsible for creating actionable improvement plans and managing commercial and funnel management metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Funnel Management KPI's of the assigned Dealer Network
  • Commercial and funnel management metrics
  • Lead to Test Drive funnel management
  • Test Drive to Order Conversion rates

Requirements:

  • Solid working experience as Sales Manager or Retail Manager
  • Solid Financial knowledge
  • Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills
  • Resilient, Agile and Open minded
  • Excellent English & French language skills (Mandarin Chinese would be a plus but not mandatory)
  • Thorough knowledge of commercial management software and digital tools
