Position Overview and Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated professional for our Inside Sales Team, focused on promoting Lenovo's extensive range of products, services, and solutions to large enterprise clients through both inbound and outbound communications. Your primary responsibility will be to identify sales opportunities, articulate the advantages of our comprehensive product catalog, and effectively position our offerings against competitors. You will play a crucial role in showcasing the innovative capabilities of our products by driving sales with key clients to meet revenue and profitability targets. Your duties will include configuring, pricing, negotiating, and quoting tailored sales solutions, along with providing proactive follow-up, product insights, and overall account management via telephone interactions. You will leverage your understanding of Lenovo's award-winning product lineup to devise strategies that assist both new and existing clients in discovering and implementing optimal solutions.

In terms of organizational structure, you will report directly to the ISR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Possess a solid understanding of the IT sector, experience with computer-based applications, and the capability to learn and present hardware portfolios effectively to clients. Develop intricate sales strategies to ensure the achievement of both short-term and long-term objectives and quotas. Build and nurture client relationships with both new and existing customers while achieving profit and revenue goals. Guarantee that our clients receive the highest standard of sales and operational customer service. Ensure that the products, services, and solutions recommended to clients align with their specific needs. Collaborate within corporate initiatives, including weekly forecasting and opportunity management, to achieve high-performance targets. Qualifications:
Experience with computer-based applications and the ability to quickly learn and effectively present hardware portfolios to clients. Demonstrated understanding of IT industry trends and customer requirements, with the ability to align products and solutions to those needs effectively. Familiarity with Lenovo's products and solutions is highly advantageous. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively close deals and address objections. Proven ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies to meet both long-term and short-term goals and quotas. Demonstrated capability to establish and maintain robust client relationships, focusing on both new client acquisition and account retention. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, as well as independently when required. Proficiency in both French and English, written and verbal, is essential.
