Key Account Development Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Javelot. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to make a real impact in the digital transformation of post-harvest management.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for autonomously managing customer accounts, focusing on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Your primary objectives will be to:
- Supervise the integration process of new clients.
- Coordinate the installation of Javelot solutions at customer sites.
- Analyze performance and provide guidance to customers on best practices.
- Develop and execute a strategy for customer loyalty and business growth.
- Gather customer feedback to enhance Javelot solutions.
- Ensure timely reporting and implementation of action plans.
- Develop recommendations for adapting the Javelot product for the German market.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluent German and English.
- Previous experience in an international context.
- Strong listening skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient organizational skills, with adeptness in project management.
- Effective communication skills, capable of disseminating information to diverse stakeholders.
- Agricultural background is a plus.
- Fluency in French is a plus.
