Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities- Develop and implement the Marketing Plan annually with General Managers of the hotels.
- Lead the Sales department, providing motivation and inspiration to the team to achieve or exceed targets.
- Grow business across all segments, including MICE and Groups & Event Sales corporate and leisure consortia, from both new and existing accounts.
- Monitor competition and market trends.
- Previous senior leadership experience in sales and marketing required.
- Cluster role experience is an advantage.
- University/College degree in a related discipline required.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to achieve targeted penetration index and guest satisfaction levels.
- Ability to work closely with the Digital, Marketing, and Communications teams.
