About the Role

We're looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team at Enode. As a CSM, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of high-priority customers, working closely with senior management and product teams to ensure retention and expansion of the account.

You will develop clear business cases for customers to build products powered by Enode and end-to-end product development and launch plans. You will also collaborate with product teams to ensure our product evolves and meets customer needs.

About You
  • 2+ years of experience in a commercial, customer-facing role working with Enterprise/Strategic accounts.
  • Experience working with technical products in a consultative format across complex organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bonus: Experience from the energy sector or API products.
  • Bonus: Experience in product management.
  • Motivation to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and work on company-building challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
