Technicien Customer Care Expert

Nous recherchons un Technicien Customer Care Elite pour rejoindre notre équipe Excellence à Scaleway. Vous serez le point d'entrée de nos clients avec un niveau de support supérieur, et vos compétences relationnelles et votre compréhension technique seront les piliers sur lesquels repose la résolution de leurs problématiques et leur satisfaction.
Compétences requises- Très bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
- Bonnes capacités de communication
- Expertise solide de l'environnement Cloud
- Connaissances avancées sur le domaine du hardware, software et network
- Être le pilier de l'activité de nos clients, bénéficiant d'un niveau de support élevé, en répondant à leurs demandes de support via des tickets ou par téléphone
- Résoudre leurs problèmes techniques complexes en un temps record en mettant à profit vos connaissances et compétences pour nos clients
- Proposer des solutions et participer à l'amélioration des diagnostics techniques
- Être le représentant et ambassadeur des clients dont vous avez la responsabilité auprès des équipes Engineering
- Développer votre expertise technique en travaillant sur des cas d'utilisation complexes
- Se coordonner avec les Technical Account Manager pour assurer un suivi personnalisé d'excellence pour ces clients
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes d'ingénieurs pour s'assurer de la satisfaction des clients et de la réussite du PoC
- Horaires de travail en rotation 3x8 sur un cycle de 6 semaines, comprenant 2 semaines de nuit et 2 week-ends
- Ce poste comprend 6 semaines de formation
