About the Role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead the development and growth of our Energy & Utilities business in France and internationally. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with top executives and sponsors to drive business growth and adoption of AWS services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a long-term sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a cross-functional account team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive adoption of AWS services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with top executives and sponsors to ensure alignment with customer strategic imperatives.
  • Work closely with AWS general managers, product management, and senior leadership to drive features and solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and adoption metrics to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Experience working at a technology company as the lead account and relationship manager of large organizations.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and its benefits for enterprise transformation.
  • Good knowledge and experience of the Energy & Utility industry.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • BA or BS degree in computer science, engineering, business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience.
