**Job Summary**
As a Procurement Manager for Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Waste Storage Projects at SUEZ, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for projects related to waste storage and disposal. This includes coordinating with the technical department, sites, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the procurement process for projects related to waste storage and disposal, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with the technical department, sites, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, manage tenders, negotiate prices and terms, and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Collaborate with project engineers and other team members to identify procurement needs and ensure that products and services meet technical specifications and quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve procurement processes and reduce costs.
- Manage specific categories of procurement, such as excavation and earthworks, and ensure the management of strategic supplier panels through framework agreements, cost optimization, and performance improvement.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in procurement management, preferably in a matrix-organized and multi-site environment.
- Experience in maintenance and/or excavation procurement is an asset.
- Knowledge of relevant categories, such as excavation, waterproofing, and network, and associated quality standards and/or civil engineering and industrial projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, take on transverse tasks, and support sites operationally.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to propose alternatives and new solutions, and develop a panel of suppliers.
**Nice to Have:**
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Excel.
