Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist Intern to join our team at Accor. As a Front Desk Receptionist Intern, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.

  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling inquiries.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

Requirements:
