Job Title: Account Manager/Executive

Beager is a dynamic company that connects experienced freelancers with ambitious business projects. We use efficient tools and personalized support to match the needs of our clients with the right talent. Our team is responsible for identifying and validating the skills and experience of our freelancers, ensuring they meet the requirements of our clients. We use digital tools to manage the performance of our freelancers, including operational, qualitative, and financial aspects. Our clients are primarily large companies, and we have a strong presence in the export market. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities
  • Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline
  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and freelancers
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to improve sales strategies
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Fluency in French and English
