Account Management Opportunity at Botify

Botify, a global enterprise software company, is seeking a customer-obsessed, commercially-minded professional to join its growing Account Management team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining the existing revenue base with many of the world's most exciting global brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in Marketing/SEO departments across enterprise companies.
  • Be a voice for the customer within Botify, driving a customer-centric approach to all engagements Botify has with the customer.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Botify's value proposition, customer use cases, market positioning, and product features.
  • Closely work with the Program Managers and SEO Strategy Managers to ensure customers are seeing maximum value from the partnership.
  • Close product expansions, upsells, and cross-sells to grow the book of business and help deliver best-in-class net revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the SEO or broader digital technology space, with demonstrated success in demanding, fast-paced environments.
  • A proven track record of success achieving new business and revenue growth metrics.
  • Experience demonstrating and selling complex enterprise solutions.
  • Authentically passionate about helping our customers to grow their businesses and hit their targets.
  • Empathetic and persuasive, with a strong mix of emotional intelligence and business savvy.
