Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure First Call Resolution and minimize rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases.
  • Participate in creating proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
  • Independently resolve tickets and meet agreed SLA of ticket volume and time for the team.
  • Provide support for on-call escalations or L3 level support and incident and problem management.
